What to Know Before Your Visit

For each visit to Kane Dermatology, please remember to bring the following:

A valid photo ID
Your insurance card(s), for your primary insurance and any secondary insurance you may have
A complete list of your current medications or the medications themselves
A method of payment for your copay. We accept credit card, cash or check payment for the copay amount, which is due at the time of the visit

If this is your first visit to Kane Dermatology, we ask that you please remember to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for patient check-in.

Prior to your appointment you can check-in by logging into our patient portal and entering the necessary information. Your username is the e-mail that you provided to us.

If you are running late to your appointment, please remember to call the office. Failure to notify us may result in a "no-show" status and subsequent cancellation of your appointment. If you arrive late, we will accommodate you if we can or we will reschedule your appointment.

If you do not arrive for your appointment at all and do not call to reschedule it in a timely fashion, you will be considered a "no-show."

Our Billing Policies

Remember that a co-payment is collected at the time of your office visit. We accept credit cards, personal checks and/or cash payments for your copay.

If you have any questions about your bill, please call 1-800-300-7819 so that our billing team can best assist you in resolving the matter.

Cosmetic Consultations

We do not charge for an initial cosmetic consultation because we understand that every patient is unique, and the consultation should be a time to discuss your goals, expectations and different treatment options with Dr. Kane. A $150.00 deposit is required if one books a cosmetic procedure.
